I am 84 and a recreational pickleball player and play nearly ever day. Since having both knees replaced the result is occasional cramping in both legs and tingling in my feet. I first tried the sports salve after pulling my calf at a PPA pickleball tournament, when the people that had a booth came over and massaged some on my leg. I used it a couple times a day after that, and healed up quickly. My husband was a total skeptic until his planters fasciitis got almost too painful to walk. I love this stuff.
I use it on tournament days as my warm up on my knees. Rub it in for a min or two.
I also use it for recovery after the fact. I rub a good amount in and put a heating pad on it. It feels amazing and gets rid of little aches in a few mins.
